Shipping within India:
Timaan offers free shipping to all its customers across India.
International Shipping:

Order Processing and Delivery Time:

Made-to-Order Jewellery: Each piece of Timaan jewellery is meticulously crafted to order. The typical time from order placement to delivery is approximately 2-3 weeks. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the design or any available inventory. Any potential variations will be communicated to you in advance.

Available in Stock Items (if applicable): For items that are readily available in stock, the shipping time within metro cities in India is typically 4-5 days.
Shipping Process:

All shipments will be processed once full payment for your order has been received and verified.

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email or SMS with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

We will also inform you if there are any unforeseen changes to the estimated delivery timeframe.
Special Instructions:
At Timaan, we understand that our jewellery is often purchased for special occasions or as a surprise. If you require discreet packaging or have specific delivery instructions to maintain a surprise, please inform us in advance during the order placement process or by contacting our customer service team.
Identity Verification:
For logistics and insurance purposes, our delivery partner may contact you to request a valid identity proof of the person(s) who will be authorized to receive the parcel. Please ensure that the specified person is available at the delivery address to accept the shipment. Our logistics partner will only hand over the parcel to the authorized individual(s).
Transit Insurance:
All Timaan products are fully insured against loss or damage during transit, ensuring that your purchase is 100% safe until it reaches your hands.
Tampered or Lost Shipments:
In the rare event that your shipment appears to be tampered with upon arrival, or if it is lost in transit, please report this to Timaan immediately by contacting our customer service team at care@timaanjewels.com. Please do not accept tampered packages without noting the issue with the delivery personnel.
Rerouting Shipments:
Unfortunately, once a shipment has been dispatched from our facility, we are unable to reroute it to a different address. Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
International Shipment Policy:

For international orders, the transit timeline after dispatch is typically 2 weeks. Please note that this is in addition to our production time.

International shipments are non-refundable and non-returnable, except under exceptional circumstances where Timaan is at fault (e.g., wrong item shipped). Please contact our customer service team if you believe such an issue has occurred.

Once an international order has been sold and delivered, it is generally not eligible for servicing outside of India. Please inquire with our customer service team for specific service options.

All international orders are securely packaged and insured for transit.

International orders are typically shipped via reputable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or Aramex. The specific carrier may vary depending on the destination country.

Please be aware that you, as the recipient, will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by your country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or our shipping fees.

Currently, we regularly ship to USA, UK, UAE, Australia and India. For shipping to other countries, please contact us.
Returns and Refunds:
If you're not satisfied with the purchased item, you can initiate a return and full refund within 15 days of order delivery. The items must be in original condition as received. Any used/tampered items will not be eligible for return/refund (check exchange). Any amount paid shall be refunded after inspection, within 10 days of receipt of item.
