Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Please visit our policies section to know about the return and exchange policy. 

Q. Does Timaan offer resizing?

A: Yes, we offer resizing. Any additional material cost (if needed) will be pre-informed to the customer before confirmation.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: As soon as you place the order you will receive a call from our team within 24 hours confirming the details of your order and any other details you need regarding the order. 

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: Shipping within India is free and included with your purchase. We offer international shipping to many countries. The client is responsible for payment of shipping, insurance, and any taxes/duties/custom fees on international shipping. Q: How long does shipping take?

A: The shipping time will depend on the piece you have purchased and production time. Typically, custom orders will ship out within 2-3 weeks, sometimes sooner if your order is available in inventory. Q: How should I take care of my jewellery?

A: Real gold/diamond jewellery doesn't require a lot of maintenance. Our lightweight pieces are truly designed for shining without hassles. Your order comes with free long-lasting packaging ideal for storage as well as a portable pouch for travel on the go. You can clean your jewellery with a soft cloth if needed or come right over, we offer a complimentary once a year polishing service.  

Q: Can your jewellery be worn every day?

A: We pride in jewellery that modern, independent women can wear daily with ease. Our jewelry is designed to be durable and withstand everyday wear. However, certain pieces may be more delicate than others. We advise checking the product descriptions or contacting our customer service for specific care instructions for each item.

A: We work closely with certified manufacturers. Our jewellery is carefully handcrafted by fine artisans in India. Additionally all our 1ct+ diamonds are IGI certified and gold BIS hallmarked, both are accredited international certification authorities.
